个人简介

博士,皇家国际娱乐在线客服青年研究员,学术学位硕士生导师,专业学位硕士生导师,IEEE高级会员,本科和硕士毕业于南京航空航天大学电力电子与电力传动专业,博士毕业于荷兰代尔夫特理工大学电力电子专业,曾获教育部国家留学基金委颁发的“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”,入选上海市浦江人才计划。曾在GE全球研究中心工作10余年,获得“GE个人技术卓越成就奖”、“GE杰出专利发明金奖”等多项重要奖项,主持多项碳化硅电力电子科研项目,科研经费超2000万元,研究领域主要集中在宽禁带功率半导体器件封装、驱动与电力电子系统集成与产业化,发表国际、国内论文40余篇,获得40余项国际、国内发明专利与申请。担任IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics等重要电力电子国际期刊审稿人,曾担任IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference (APEC) 2020分会主席。
